銀座のスタンディングワインバーでオイスター

<P dir=ltr style="MARGIN-RIGHT: 0px">入店していきなり店長T氏が「今夜はお一人ですか？」と迎え入れてくれた。<BR><BR><A href="http://livedoor.blogimg.jp/sitezaemon/imgs/f/5/f59e8071.jpg" target=_blank><IMG class=pict height=213 alt=キャッツアイオイスターとシャンパーニュ・ロゼ hspace=5 src="http://livedoor.blogimg.jp/sitezaemon/imgs/f/5/f59e8071-s.jpg" width=160 align=left border=0></A>隣は<A href="http://gourmet.livedoor.com/restaurant/318719/" target=_blank><FONT color=#ff9900>Shellfish Ginza KAZAN</FONT></A>なので、<A href="http://gourmet.livedoor.com/restaurant/318720/" target=_blank><FONT color=#ff0000>GOSS</FONT></A>はウェイティングバー的な利用も出来るし、ちょっとワインとオイスターをいただきたい時の夜の銀座道草的利用でも気軽に楽しめるという、私にはありがたいお店のひとつ。今回は<A href="http://www.australia.or.jp/" target=_blank><FONT color=#ff9900>オーストラリア</FONT></A>・<A href="http://intl.discovertasmania.com/home/index.cfm?siteid=297&amp;subsiteid=&amp;display=&amp;ProductID=&amp;language=Japanese" target=_blank><FONT color=#ff9900>タスマニア</FONT></A>島産オイスターの味が恋しくなっての訪問。<BR><BR><A href="http://livedoor.blogimg.jp/sitezaemon/imgs/4/6/467038e8.jpg" target=_blank><IMG class=pict height=120 alt=オーストラリア・タスマニア島産オイスター hspace=5 src="http://livedoor.blogimg.jp/sitezaemon/imgs/4/6/467038e8-s.jpg" width=160 align=left border=0></A>小ぶりの食べやすいサイズで旨味が濃厚なタスマニア産オイスターは、<A href="http://www.godak.co.jp/product/8.html" target=_blank><FONT color=#ff0000>キャッツアイオイスター</FONT></A>としてブランド化され定着している。個人的には北海道<A href="http://www.a-uroko.or.jp/" target=_blank><FONT color=#ff9900>厚岸</FONT></A>産２年物（３年物ではない）生牡蠣と同じくらい好きな種類。<BR><BR>バー感覚でカウンター内のスタッフとの会話を楽しむのであれば、入店して右手のカウンター席へ。ただこの席は普通に座ると膝がつかえてしまい、かなり斜めに腰掛けなければカウンターとのいい距離感が保てないのが難で疲れる。立ち席用のテーブルの方が楽だと思う…。二人だけで静かに会話をしたいのであれば、入って左手のカウンター席がお薦め。こちらはカウンター下に程良い奥行きがあるので普通に座りやすい。<BR><BR><A href="http://livedoor.blogimg.jp/sitezaemon/imgs/5/a/5ab7e02d.jpg" target=_blank><IMG class=pict height=120 alt=ワインディスペンサー@GOSS hspace=5 src="http://livedoor.blogimg.jp/sitezaemon/imgs/5/a/5ab7e02d-s.jpg" width=160 align=left border=0></A><A href="http://livedoor.blogimg.jp/sitezaemon/imgs/6/3/634f520e.jpg" target=_blank><IMG class=pict height=120 alt=ワインディスペンサー注ぎ口 hspace=5 src="http://livedoor.blogimg.jp/sitezaemon/imgs/6/3/634f520e-s.jpg" width=160 align=left border=0></A>店内で<A href="http://www.goss-ginza.com/system.html" target=_blank><FONT color=#ff0000>GOSS Prepaid Card</FONT></A>を購入すれば、ワインディスペンサーからお好みの高級ワインから親しみやすいワインまでを気軽に20,50,80ml単位でグラスへ注ぐ事が出来る。例えば今夜の高級２種を紹介すると次の表の通り。</P>
